GlobalRAWS started with a simple goal: to make recruitment more clear, organized, and responsible.

Our planning began in 2018. We studied workforce demand in different countries and industries. We also looked at the common problems faced by employers and candidates during recruitment. The COVID-19 pandemic slowed our progress from 2020 to 2022. International travel and recruitment were heavily affected during this time. When markets started reopening, we continued our work. We built new business relationships, improved our recruitment process, and prepared the required company documents. In 2025, Global Recruitment and Workforce Solutions LLC was formally established in New York. GlobalRAWS later became a New York City-licensed employment agency.

For international recruitment projects, we work based on verified employer demand. We also coordinate with authorized partners when local or country-specific support is required. The receiving employer makes the final hiring decision and directly employs the selected worker. GlobalRAWS follows an employer-paid model. Candidates do not pay us recruitment or placement fees. Our purpose will always be to connect employers and candidates through a fair, clear, and responsible recruitment process.
