Partnership Framework and Recruitment Standards

Purpose of Our Partnerships

GlobalRAWS works with employers, licensed recruitment agencies, business associations, training providers, and authorized service partners.

These partnerships support organized candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, document preparation, and placement communication.

Partner Requirements

Partners should provide:

  • Genuine and verified hiring requirements

  • Clear job descriptions and candidate criteria

  • Accurate information about location, salary, benefits, and employment terms

  • Valid business, recruitment, or service licenses where required

  • A responsible contact person for communication and follow-up

Roles and Responsibilities

The responsibilities of each party are agreed upon before recruitment activities begin.

GlobalRAWS may support candidate sourcing, initial screening, interview coordination, document organization, and communication.

Employers and authorized partners remain responsible for final hiring decisions, employment contracts, visas, work permits, and other regulated processes.

Recruitment Standards

All recruitment activities should follow fair and responsible practices.

Partners must not provide false job information, make unauthorized promises, discriminate against candidates, or request improper payments.

Candidate information must be reviewed only for genuine recruitment purposes.

Licensing and Compliance

Some recruitment and employment activities require local licenses or government approval.

Where required, these activities must be handled by properly licensed and authorized partners in the relevant country.

Each partner is responsible for following the laws and regulations that apply to its role.

Candidate Fee Policy

GlobalRAWS follows an employer-paid recruitment model.

GlobalRAWS does not charge candidates recruitment or placement fees.

Partners must clearly disclose any lawful third-party costs that may apply, such as government, medical, travel, or document-processing fees.

Communication and Documentation

Partners should maintain clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.

Job requirements, candidate records, interview updates, employment terms, and placement decisions should be properly documented.

Any important change must be shared with all relevant parties.

Confidentiality and Data Protection

Candidate and employer information must be treated as confidential.

Personal information should only be collected, used, and shared for approved recruitment purposes and in accordance with applicable privacy requirements.

 Partnership Review

GlobalRAWS may review, suspend, or end a partnership if there are concerns about compliance, false information, candidate treatment, unauthorized fees, or repeated communication failures.
